ROTOR oven
ELLADE 10T on support
Ellade 10T is a rotary oven, with extractable trol-ley, specifically designed for pastry and bread, both fresh and frozen. It will also bake all other types of food, making it suitable for hotels and gastronomy.
Its 10- tray rack has a distance between shelves of 9 cm. The combustion chamber or the electric resistances unit is positioned on the left side of the oven. The oven can be equipped with a support with frame supporting trays. The oven, and the support are completely manufactured in stainless steel.
