ROTOR oven
ELLADE 10T on prover
Ellade 10T is a rotary oven, with extractable trolley, specifically designed for pastry and bread, both fresh and frozen. It will also bake all other types of food, making it suitable for hotels and gastronomy.
Its 10- tray rack has a distance between shelves of 9 cm.
The combustion chamber or the electric resistances unit is positioned on the left side of the oven. The oven can be equipped with a prover below. The oven, and the prover are completely manufactured in stainless steel.
